This WILL ABSOLUTELY BE MY LAST TIME GETTING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Traded Iphone 14 pro max for ultra s26 promotion was 700$ off 26ultra with the trade, 8/30/26 I look at my bill my bill went from 122$ to 133$ I call and ask why they say oh because the promotion got removed because I downgraded from premium unlimited to just unlimited, keep in mind there was no promotion on any datas, just the trade in. So in other words they took iphone pro max for free and removed the promotion. So I asked to get the phone back and theu go oh we cant its already at the wear house. The only option is to put you back to premium unlimited.

If you want a masterclass in HORRIBLE customer service oh boy is Xfinity the company for you! Never encountered a franchise with less respect and courtesy for potential and current clients. I’ve had 3 Xfinity appointments since June 15th, still no Internet. No human person to speak to in the area, no direct line. If you have troubleshooting get ready to spend 2+ hours of your time on the phone talking to AI or on hold. Again, let me emphasize, ALMOST A MONTH without internet and here is how they left my house. Old broken wires all over the floor, holes drilled into the floor with exposed wires. If you crave misery, give Xfinity a call!

A couple months ago, Xfinity had door to door salesman advertising special offers for new customers in the Altoona area where I live. We were told that we would get Peacock, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and a $200 gift card(after 3 months) for switching Internet providers. Well, we got Peacock but nothing else. I tried calling them a few times over the course of a couple weeks and was given the run around. They told me I would get an email with the link in a week...that didn't happen. So I called again and couldn't even get through their computerized system to talk to anyone that time. My wife called, they said they'd send a link within 24 hours. So we waited. That didn't happen. So my wife called one more time and the guy she talked to said they don't offer those channels; at least he was honest. So we're canceling service and going back to Breezeline.

Educated and concerned staff. Our assistant found us a deal that only raised our bill by a few dollars and included the insurance cost to protect the phones. Excellent job by both assistants who started and finished our purchase.

Best Xfinity experience ever! Let's start with arrival. Yes, it's was very busy, it's a weekend, but nothing like a greeting with a smile as we all know patience is a virtue... So nothing like waiting to a large viewing area of none other than #PennStateHockey to keep us entertained. Upon trying to find the restroom, I passed a customer service agent and he directed me where to go, very kind and also greeted with a smile. (I must say I couldn't help but let him know his cologne smelled great and asked what it was and with that being said #Yellowstone needs to collaborate a commercial with #Xfinity and have it drawing in customers lol ) So thanks Mike, AKA Smitty Smell Good 🤣 Next I'm called, my CSR helped me with paying my sons cell bill, unfortunately I only had cash and came back with a card. Thanks for your help with that and thanks to Hammad also! When I was Greeted a second time,again, pleasant and with a smile, I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler, the Assistant Manager. I must say Xfinity has a Great AM. He is awesome and he literally went the extra mile to help get my payment authorized. Now that IS customer service!
